Posts concerning the historic city of Durham City and Chester-le-Street. Durham City is a fantastic place, with the Cathedral and Castle dominating the skyline for miles around. It's also a very good place to go out on the pop. Chester-le-Street, a few miles north has an excellent market and dates from Roman times.
