Mine stopped working last week, and as it at the cheaper range it was  almost as cheap to get another one as updating it. (which I thought might fix it) Turns out hundreds have crashed but Tom Tom are still making enquires before issuing a statement! I want my money back for a start!

I've had mine since last August and its never crashed, though the battery doesnt last very long so I can only use it while plugged in. Lots of colleagues have said that theirs crashes though, so maybe its a certain job lot thats doing it. If you havent had it long and its died I would certainly ask for a refund from Tom Tom.

I'm running my first Great North Run this year, to raise money for a very worthwhile cause - Rainbow Trust Children's Charity, who provide care and support for families with a terminal or life threatening illness.
