Hi guys,

I just thought I'd join here to let you all know about Westray Recruitment Consultants. We've recently launched a brand new website to support your job search or recruitment drive in the North East.

I hope I'm not accused of spamming here, but I'd be happy to pop in now and then to answer any queries you may have on your job search - and perhaps even post some vacancies if that was OK with the mods.

We'd be delighted to hear from you.

Speak soon!

Our rules are that as long as you aren't potentially making any money by placing the post and link here, we're happy, otherwise we ask you to use our advertising system to place a banner.

Thanks for the reply.

We don't make any money from clicking through to the site itself as we don't have any advertising on there. I am merely looking to raise awareness, in exchange for helping any forum members who may be looking for work or to add to their team if they are management.

I'm happy to help out wherever possible and answer any questions members may have.

Yes we are - my apologies. I thought you meant did we make money from a direct click through to our site.

If this is an issue, I'm happy to cease posting as I do not want to break any of your rules. I just thought there may have been a mutual benefit in joining in that we could help FMs find a job if they were looking and we would get some good candidates for job roles.

However, I do understand if you are not comfortable with this. If this is the case, like I said I will stop posting under this username.

Thanks.

Just have a read of the advertising rates. It's really not expensive, and keeps everyone happy.

You can mix and match your purchased impressions in any of the available locations. Obviously the more places you put your advertising, the quicker your impressions will run out, but you can experiment once you've bought a package. All ads are rotated in each space.

After First Post : This ad location shows an ad after the first post on the view topic page
After Last Post : This ad location shows an ad after the last post on the view topic page
Bottom Message Index : This ad location shows an ad at the bottom of the topics list inside a board
Top Message Index : This ad location shows an ad at the top of the topics list inside a board
Board Index Top : This ad location shows an ad only on the Board Index homepage at the top

Thanks BC - I think I might look into the top of the page and after first post and see what we get from that. I'll come back to you.

Would you have any stats you could send my way via PM/email such as visitor numbers and what not?

To be fair, I think recruitment consultancies unfairly get tarred with the same negative brush.

We are North East based, and we're proud of our roots and our ability to support local people. We feel that we take a personal approach to all of our candidates and clients so that you see the human side of us. We aren't a faceless consultancy like many of the multi nationals. Every candidate we register to work with us is invited to meet with us so that you can get to know your consultant.

At the end of the day, the company from top to bottom is driven on providing our clients with some of the most talented individuals in the North East. It's a tough market out there, and anything that recruitment consultancies can do to help and support people looking for work can only be a good thing.

Which is why, if you want to advertise any service here, we ask that you contribute a small advertising fee to cover our costs. We aren't a free advertising medium.
