Title: Tracing Marjorie
Post by: nanteos on Jul 02, 2012, 12:22
Anyone in Ferryhill know the name Marjorie Eddy from the 1960`s. I have lost touch and trying to trace her.
I know this is a long shot but you never know.
Thank you.

Do you know where she lived? There was a family called Eddy who ran a shop in Dean Bank. Their son now runs Blamires printers in Church Lane. Might be some relation?

Jean Eddy had the 2j's travel shop up the village. She had a few daughters. How old would Marjorie be roughly?

Marjorie would be around 60 now but cant remember where she lived in Ferryhill, we grew up in the late 50`s early 60`s and then drifted apart as can happen.
We knew Lynn Myers and Brenda Flannagan of the same age and I remeber a Terry Hobson   who lived near the Athletic old ground  bottom of Darlington Road
