I was once into body building big time but gave it up 5 years ago. Now I have decided to get myself into a little better shape again ( I am starting to look as bad as Chomp)
I really only need a set of dumbbells with cast iron weights. The ones I really want I can't seem to find. The slimline ones with a good steel bar and closed lock collar.
Anything up to 25k would do me for the time being.
If anyone out there has a set of dumbbells with 25k of cast iron (but not the usual crap) on each bar then I am very interested.

These new clip lock dumbbells look good but they are expensive, if anyone has any of these they need rid of give me a call before anyone else.
