Motorola Rzr3 keeps switching off
« on: Sep 22, 2006, 16:18 »
My mobile keeps switching itself off, then won't come back on until it's been through a complete battery charge. Anyone else had the same problems? Is it likely to be the battery or the phone? It's a Motorola RZR3. This is not good, as my house phone is on the blink as well.  :(

You'd think most likely the battery. How long till it switches itself off? Could be the battery isn't retaining it's charge.

Take it into Carphone Warehouse and see if they have a demo version that you can use the battery on to test it with.

A friend of mine recently bought a phone during an exchange in a pub. She tried out the phone and it worked fine until she tried to recharge it a couple of days later.

The charger she'd been given (although it was the same make as the phone) was unfortunately not the same input and no good for the phone.

Since then she'd had difficulty contacting the chap she bought it from .......perhaps he's having phone problems too
