Yes it cost £850, but it didn't cost you that. Probably cost you more now in bad publicity! If you refunded the money (to help funeral costs) it would have helped sales surely!

Agreed. Really bad PR from them. I know they don't need to refund, but it really is a hard stance they have taken.
