Consumer Protection

Anyone who has bought from Kichens Plus after 13/6/14 should check their order for the following:-

This Notice has been prpvided to you because you have offered to enter into a contract to which the Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer's Home or Place of Work Regulations 2008 ('the Regulations') would apply.

If this is in your order then good news.  The regulations in the contract were superseded on 13/6/14 so you could never have been given a valid right to cancel notice. The entire contract is unenforceable, as well as being a criminal offence by the supplier. You are entitled to a full refund - including any finance agreement -  and you are not bound to pay anything.  Get legal advice ASAP.

I have looked over the internet and I think this is an article that might help you, as it talks about the Cancellation Rights.
