So is nobody celebrating Xmas this year?  Think of all the money you will save.

Thanks, I did, apart from falling down stairs at my sister in laws house last Saturday. It was 4-30pm and I hadn't had a drink!  At 80 years of age I couldn't get up, but brother in law saved the day, still have shoulder problems but won't go to hospital as they have more important things to deal with. Can't use my arm but hoping it will cure itself in time.

Ouch, ouch, ouch! Are you sure there’s nothing broken?

There's a song there somewhere "It's getting better all the time".  The sound of of crunching pebbles/crisps in the knee has gone.  The shoulder is less pain, and I can now lift my Highland Single Malt Whisky, using the left hand to hold the right as a guide.

You take it easy. The whisky is the important part.
