Sounds like a good scheme on the face of it.  But, how long is the trial period really.  Are they going to work there on benefit payments only for very long?  Also, what it the club gets to the point where the trial period ends they sack the staff member so they don't have to pay them.  The club get cheap labour in the name progress.
