Suarez
« on: Feb 11, 2012, 20:29 »
This man probably did more more man utd than any PR man.  Dalglish will lose his job over this man if he tries to defend him much longer.
Never thought I would agree with Alex Ferguson

Suarez and Dalglish could have put this one to bed by ensuring hanshakes took place and the matter was consigned to history. Instead, they chose to perpetuate and escalate it. Dalglish is making himself look a total tool by trying to defend the indefensible. Liverpool are becoming a joke football club. They're always claiming to be the victims, but need to take a long hard look at their values and methods. They're now trying to claim Evra was out of order by celebrating a victory over them. They're now the most hated team in England.

Kenny Dalglish wouldn't talk to the MotD about the 'incident, he had just fallen out with the sky reporter, pity for Dalglish that Sky allowed the BBC to show it. Looked like dead man walking to me

Dalglish decided to go on the offensive with the Sky reporter and made himself look like a dick (again)

The way he did, though I tend to agree that he was out of order. No need for that but I fully understand how tempting it probably was. Ferguson, too said he shouldn't have done it right in front of his face.

This whole mess is just so sad.

But Suarez just has to take it. He can't consistently be protected from a situation entirely of his own making. I disagree with Alex, Evra can celebrate however he likes. Liverpool have to deal with what they themselves have created IMHO.

It does make you wonder, though doesn't it. I mean, what will it take for Liverpool FC not to back the player anymore ?

Mind, the Liverpool fancine depicting photoshoped KKK images on the front page with a headline saying Suarez didn't do anything wrong was incredibly stupid. What on earth possessed them to make that ?

Sounds like Dalglish and Suarez have been told to bring an end to it by the Liverpool owners and board. Any more transgressions from Suarez and i'm pretty sure they'll terminate his contract. It was doing huge damage to their brand.

Where asI don't agree or condone the actions of Suarez or Daglish certain comments from ferguson were out of order. Maybe it is right that Suarez shouldn't play again but for him to suggest it. ??
Personally I think when Cantana jumped into the crowd feet first he could seriously have injured an innocent spectator and that offence was worse than what Suarez did.Maybe he shouldn't have been allowed to play again.

Yes Alex Ferguson is a master at mind games.

I will never forget how he made Kevin Keegan  a nervous wreck in their battle for the title!
