Anyone tried Masalla (Ferryhill) yet?
« on: Jun 28, 2005, 10:48 »
Has anyone had a meal from Masalla yet, the new Indian takeaway in Dean Bank, Ferryhill? I've noticed it being quite heavily advertised in the Northern Echo and some of the other free papers we get.

I saw it in the Chapter online and then now I have heard it on the radio as well, think it was TFM. They are obviously making a big push to get it off the ground. If I was still living at home I would have tried it by now.

Although maybe you shouldn't, as I said in the other thread regarding Indian call centres, we should all eat Chinese instead. You might ring up your order and after a brief chat about the weather and Coronation Street, may be asked your bank details, maiden name and name of your first pet. Don't fall for it.

Just been told they accept orders over the phone and you can pay by credit card.
