Pub Lunch - Sedgefield area
« on: Jul 30, 2010, 10:02 »

   Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced pub lunch in the Fishburn area?   Nothing posh, just good food at a sensible price.

To go slightly north of Fishburn (about 2 miles), I can recommend the Red Lion at Trimdon. Gordon sells good food and offers friendly service.

Talking to yourself. First sign of madness
================================

In the words of a Pink Floyd track  "Iv'e been mad for f-------- years!"

Looks as though the dscision has been mad for me.  The people that I'm taking out suggested, and booked a table at the Dunn Cow.  Any comments about the place?  What about parking there or nearby?

I think it has it's own car park around the back. I haven't eaten there for a while, so don't know what it's been like recently.
