« on: Jun 23, 2007, 23:45 »
Just been to Chester le Street for a drink for the first time in years

I dont think I will be going back. Two or three pubs refused me entry. Why

Because I was wearing a jacket with a Sunderland AFC  badge on

For C****s sake it was threatening to pi55 down so I wore a rain jacket ok it had a SAFC badge on so what .

Once went to a derby game in Newcastle. After the game my mate was refused entry because he had a Newcastle shirt on but it was ok for him to put it on under his other shirt. The doorman said there would be people inside with "shirts" on but they had been in all day. Who is more likely to give trouble, someone just from the ground, or someone who had been drinking all day?
