On the open weekends it costs nothing. Once joined you can pay up to £34.50 per month maximum. This includes all three floors of fitness equipment, sauna, steam room, classes, and swimming. Some people will be able to take concessionary memberships for £22.50 per month.

Their is also a pay as you go option without a contractual agreement.

At present those paying for a year in advance will get an extra 3 months membership free of charge.

It is a 12 month agreement but is very flexible. There is a fair cancellation policy which basically is If you move more than 15 miles away from your home club, have injury, illness or medical condition or lose your job and go onto benefits; you may cancel. you may cancel within the first 14 days for any reason. You can suspend membership for any reason at all for periods of up to 3 months at a time.

Pretty good value when compared to the competition.

Certainly better than some of the difficulties I've head about with Lloyds and places like that. However, people should be more attentive about the contracts they get themselves into, and should ask more questions upfront.
