For charging me £30 for going 47p overdrawn for 4 days before Christmas. The e-mail has already been sent, let's see what happens.

I was late paying my b/card prior to Christmas too.

I got a telephone call 2 days after the statement date from customer services asking if I had problems making the minimum payment. I told them it was just an oversight, so they transfered the payment from my Debit account and refunded the £12 late payment charge from my bill - So 10 ot of 10 to Barclays on this occasion.

Result - they've waived the charge.  :D

I was within my limit until a 59p iTunes purchase took it over the top for 4 days. Reply said that the charge was automatic and after review they'd waive it as the account has always been well managed and agreed it was rectified as soon as it was discovered. The laughable thing was there was a second current account with more than enough money to cover the amounts involved, I just got my account nos wrong on the iTunes purchase.

I've now closed the account anyway. Reducing benefits resulted in me moving elsewhere.
