Delete this member, mate. It's a joke account made by a stupid person who doesn't know when enough is enough. In fact, watch out for any new members signing up tonight.

Done. Is this a character from that 'other' Sunderland forum i've been hearing about mate?

Yes. Someone mentioned this place as a possible target for one of the 'forum invasions'. It was meant as a joke but I didn't like it one bit and spat my dummy out over it. Unfortunately one person decided to sign up anyway. I ended up looking proper silly as result but at least it didn't happen, which is what matters. I got a PM on there from your work mate as well and he backed me up, too which was nice. So did a few other members.

I know I haven't been as active on here in recent months as I used to be but this place is very dear to me and I just don't want it to be invaded like that.

Gary came to see me today in the office and told me about it. I'm glad it didn't turn into another 'MumsNet' invasion.

I haven't been very active on here myself either mate, but glad to know it's still ticking over.

He's a good lad and I'm very pleased he backed me up. Just wish I had handled it somewhat better. Was waiting for someone to shout 'meltdown'. It wasn't, am just protective about people I care for. I have learned too much from here to let that happen without trying to stop it. Even if it was a joke.
