Does Ferryhill have any good waters for pike fishing ?

Tursdale Pond used to have a lot of pike (Mostly jacks) last time i was over there was over 20 years ago.
I remember at the time that the club had a bounty on all pike.
So don't know if they eradicated them !

That was the rule then I first started fishing, *kill all the pike. it will help the stock of coarse fish!!!* Although over the past 10 years a few clubs now look @ the pike as a coarse fish ... I bet the pike are pleased .. or sorry pike we did not understand the benefits of having a good stock of good pike ... yer I bet there well pleased.

It's good to see that most clubs nowadays are no longer persecuting old esox.

Nice fish though , what was the weight and venue?
